第四章 保固與服務

一、目的

本篇在說明本公司對客戶之機房所提供之保固時間及內容,並說明本公司於保固期內所提供之服務項目。

二、保固期

1.依規定本公司所提供之保固期為工程驗收後二年之保固,每月定期派工程師前往維護。

三、服務範圍

本工程保固期內有關各項訴怨與售後服務事宜。

四、服務方法及程序

1.保固期間內因品質缺失而引起訴怨時,各接受訴怨案件的部門應於瞭解詳情後,立即通報工務部。

2.工務部接到訴怨反應立即與承辦人連繫協調,將訴怨事由填寫於客戶訴怨單中,並協調實地勘察,擬具對策與商定時間前往維修,完成維修。

3.作業後,工務部會同客戶辦理驗收並請客戶於客戶維修記錄上簽認。

4.故障叫修:星期一至星期五 8:30AM - 5:30PM

5.故障叫修時間外通知派員修護,本公司收差旅費與服務費,其他費用另議。

A.差旅費與服務費,基本收費兩小時內收費

B.超過兩小時每小時加收

6.若因天災人禍(水災、火災、地震、雷、甲方工作人員不當操作等)致使設備故障,本公司將酌服務費,其費用另議。

7.若因維護地點改變時,本公司將視變更地點之遠近酌收差旅費,其費用另議。
