3.環保意識與矽原料缺料問題:根據台灣應材在今年8月份所提出的研究報告顯示,在半導體與太陽電池搶料的情況下,至2010年對矽原料的需求將不斷上升,可預期的是多晶矽供給今後也將持續吃緊。用料較節省的薄膜電池可為太陽能發展提供另一個不同的方向。
