in my entire life / of my life

1. It was the happiest time of my life.

2. It was the worst day in my entire life.

請問為何第一句用 "of my life", 而第二句卻用 "in my entire life"呢?

第一句為何不用 "in my life"呢?

Actually I don't think they are different.

    1. It was the happiest time of my life.

    2. It was the worst day in my entire life.

In the first sentence, you can also say

It was the happiest time in my life.

or 2.It was the worst day of my life.

They are the same, I think .

例如: 房門 the door "of" the room, ( of : 中文是 ......的 )

I will finish the report "in" four days.

1. It was the happiest time of my life.

= 2. It was the happiest time in my entire life.

    of是的

    in是在.....

The windows of this house.

    The windows in this house.
