專業分析報告~高難度中翻英,特急!!(我不想被炒魷魚啦)

這是小妹我的進入公司所寫的第一份分析報告,但客戶說要英文版的,不知有哪位英文專家可以幫幫小妹我解決這人生中最大的瓶頸之一!!報告內容如下(不可以用翻譯軟體的文法唷~因為會不通順啦,而且會被發現):

(1)貴公司反應料號X元件,於SMT置件時發現有料件吸不起來之異常現象發生,且異常位置皆集中為捲軸產品尾捲處,抛料率約為2.4%。本公司於2008/09/19取得 貴公司所退回之Lot No.4303104異常捲軸1捲。

(2)可能會造成拋料的原因關聯圖,如圖一所示:

(3)經由 貴公司所退回之捲軸產品,展開以下之分析步驟:1.外觀觀察、2.紙帶尺寸量測、3.元件尺寸量測、4.剝離力測試、5.靜電問題、6.結論說明。分析如下:

(5)針對 貴公司所退回之捲軸產品,以10倍放大鏡觀察外觀狀況,結果於捲軸前、後端均發現有明顯撕毀、破損…等異常現象,其餘並未發現有任何異常問題,如圖二所示﹕

(6)為確認是否因產品紙帶尺寸之差異,因而導致此異常發生之可能性,故取 貴公司所退回之捲軸產品,分別量測紙帶前、中、後段之尺寸(註一),量測結果發現其前、中、後段之載帶尺寸並無明顯之差異,且均符合本公司規範之要求,數據如表一所示:

(7)為確認是否因元件尺寸之差異,因而導致此異常發生之可能性,故取捲軸產品前、中、後段各5pcs元件執行尺寸量測(註二),量測結果發現其前、中、後段之元件尺寸並無明顯之差異,且均符合本公司規範之要求。元件尺寸量測數據,如表二所示:

(8)為確認造成 貴公司此次異常原因是否與上帶之黏著能力有關,故取 貴公司退回之捲軸進行前、中、後段剝離力測試,測試結果均符合規範要求,因此排除上帶之黏著能力導致此異常發生之可能性。其測試數據如表三所示:

(9)為確認造成 貴公司此次異常原因是否與靜電有關,故取 貴公司退回之捲軸產品,分別拆除前、中、後段各約250pcs後,將其倒置,元件立即掉落。若為靜電問題,元件會吸附於紙帶上,約莫1分鐘後,元件才會自行掉落,故排除靜電問題所導致卡帶之異常問題。

(10)針對該料號元件拋料等異常問題,本公司針對 貴公司所退回之異常捲軸產品進行各項可能造成元件拋料之測試實驗,實驗結果均未無發現有任何異常現象。

(11)本公司紙帶規格之選用,是依實際產品元件尺寸量測值選用適當之紙帶包裝。依 貴公司退回之Lot No.4303104產品尺寸,此批產品適用之載帶料號為M01D18P95規格,而 貴公司退回之載帶尺寸實際量測結果,確實符合M01D18P95規格之標準規範內,故無載帶規格不符之疑慮。

(12)如 貴公司後續生產仍出現類似之相關問題時,建議 貴公司可於產線設定上作些許調整,如:吸嘴尺寸過小改為較大之尺寸、真空壓力加大或製程設定(如:將打件速度降低…等。)…等,進而改善此一類似之相關問題。

(13)經查本公司出貨紀錄得知,C0603Y105Z016T規格產品於2008/01/01日起出貨至今,出貨量約100KKpcs以上,目前仍未接到客戶反應有關此一類似之相關問題,故產品應無品質上之疑慮。

(14)針對此次產品拋料之異常問題,根據以上實驗結果均未無發現有任何異常現象。故為釐清此一問題,尚請 貴公司再追蹤後續產品生產情形,以便確認此次異常問題之主因,本公司願意配合 貴公司持續調查,並一起討論解決。
