    slow potential:我翻譯成(漸變電位)

    slow potential (漸變電位)是相對於action potential(動作電位)

    神經生理學家發現腦內神經細胞有slow potential (漸變電位)的功能,而action potential(動作電位)竟然是依漸變電位產生的頻率大小(電壓變化的速度產生頻率的訊息)而去傳達動作訊息,例如心臟跳動,腸胃的收縮,甚至人類的思考作用也可能都取決slow potential (漸變電位)的功能,現在類神經網路的電腦設計也在想辦法應用這種漸變電位的原則,來模擬模糊判斷的機制。

    動作電位的說明:

    靜止電位表示神經元在靜止狀態 時膜電位的差異。當神經元將訊息從細胞本體發送到軸突之時,膜電位之差異稱之為「動作電位」。神經科學家 有時候會使用如「尖峰」或「脈衝」的詞彙來描述動作電位。動作電位指的是由於某些刺激所產生去極化電流,因而導致電活性遞增,使得靜止電位趨近於零。當 膜電位因去極化達到 -55 mV 時,神經元始會激發動作電位,這又稱之為「閾值」。假如神經元沒有達到閾 值,動作電位就無從產生。當達到閾值之時, 一個固定大小的動作電位使得以產生。某一種特定的神經元其動作電位的大小都是固定的。在神經細胞中不會有或大的或小的動作電位,即所有的動作電位都是一樣大小。因此,神經元要不就是沒有達到閾值,要不就是激發一個完整的動作電位 ,這是所謂的「全有全無定律」。
