To date two London hotels, three airport hotels, and four provincial hotels have been studied from five different chains. Most were large (150+ rooms) four star properties, along with two five star hotels. Each was developed as a case study based on interviews with key managerial staff responsible for reservations, observation of meetings, reservations and front office activity, and a review of relevant documentation.
