(1)年輕族群消費者雖然有複雜的個人因素(Personal Factor),但多會傾向直接做選擇評估(Alternative Evaluation),因此未來企業可多花時間和精力研究此類消費者,此類消費者較乾脆且快速進行消費,是廠商快速增加銷售量的主要客群.

 

(2)週遭人員影響力(Influence of person)和通路便利性(Convenient channel)會取代一部分的資訊搜尋(Information Search),因此消費者受到環境因素(Environment Factor)影響後較傾向直接做選擇評估(Alternative Evaluation).

建議:企業可多加強環境因素(Environment Factor)方面

 

(3)消費者面臨外顯成本(Explicit cost)和內隱成本(Implicit costs)的考量下,若成本太高消費者便會減少做選擇評估(Alternative Evaluation),另外,消費者傾向於先透過搜尋商品資訊再作選擇評估(Alternative Evaluation).

建議:企業可設法降低成本

    Suggestion: The enterprises should further enhance the aspect of environment factors.

    (3) Under the consideration of explicit costs and implicit costs with which the consumers confronted, if those costs are too high, the consumers may reduce the willingness to make alternative evaluations. In addition, the consumers tend to search for commodity information prior to make alternative evaluations.

    Suggestion: The enterprises should try to reduce costs.
