What is the best way to lose your weight?

I am a fat girl. Many boys laugh me ugly. Many beautiful clothes that I can’t wear it.

It makes me not happy. And I always feel my body uncomfortable. So finally I want to change beautiful and have a healthy body, I start to lose my weight.

I start try to many ways to lose my weight. Only eating vegetables and fruits, taking dieting drugs, even finally eating nothing that all violent ways. But all is failed. It not only can’t lose my weight, even get my body more weight. It made my body more uncomfortable. I had no energy to do anything, and often didn’t want to sleep. Even it let me want to give up losing my weight.

Finally I listened to my mother’s advice try to eat less and exercise more. Every days I had running one hour and dancing rhythmic gymnastics 40 minutes. Three meals control calorific capacity. Early to bed early to rise. Didn’t to drink drinks and eat snacks. And one day drank 2000 cc water. I used this way continued two month hardly. I had success to lose ten kilogram. I changed slender and my skin changed better. I was not only change beautiful and also get a healthy body. I always glowd with health and radiatd vitality. And I had much energy to do anything. I could wear many beautiful clothes that I couldn’t wear before. I was so happy.

So I want to write this article to tell the persons who want to lose their weight.

The best way to lose your weight is dieting programs, such as keeping a good living style, or regular exercise; most importantly, diet control. I think it is much better than taking dieting drugs. Some say that it is easy to gain weight back in days that you spent to lose weight. What’s more, taking drugs not only cause many side effects, but may also lead to kidney die. Action speaks louder than words. If you keep going with the correct method, getting healthier and more slender will no longer be impossible for you!

    I am a fat girl. Many boys laughed at me as they feel that I am ugly. As I cannot fit into many beautiful clothes, it makes me unhappy. I also always feel uncomfortable with a heavy weight . I finally decided to lose weight to look more beautiful and to achieve a healthier weight.

    I tried many ways to lose weight, by eating only vegetables and fruits, taking diet pills, and even resort to fasting. But all failed. Not only I can`t lose weight, I put on weight instead and my body weight made me more uncomfortable. I had no energy to do anything and had insomnia. I feel like giving up.

    Finally I heed my mother`s advice and tried to eat lesser and exercise more. Every day, I run for an hour and dance rhythmic gymnastics for 40 minutes. I controlled the calorie intake for my three meals. Early to bed early to rise, stop all fizzy drinks and snacking. I drink 2000 cc of water each day and this continued for two months. I finally succeed in losing ten kilograms. I was transformed into a slender lady and my skin glow. Not only I become more beautiful, I become healthier too. I look radiant and full of vitality. I now have more energy to do anything I want. I could fit into many beautiful clothes that I couldn`t fit into before. I was so happy.

    I am writing this article to share with all the people who want to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is to draw up a diet program, such as keeping a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly and most importantly, diet control. This method surpass taking diet pills which will eventually put some weight back once you stop taking the pills. What`s more, taking drugs not only cause many side effects, but may also lead to kidney failure. Action speaks louder than words. If you choose a correct path, getting healthier and more slender will no longer be impossible for you!
