"from good to bad": 63,300 results
:from bad to good" : 49,900 results
"from hot to cold" : 56,200 results
"from cold to hot" : 40,500 results
"from rich to poor" : 117,000 results
"from poor to rich" : 59,700 results
"from dry to wet" : 46,000 results
"from wet to dry" : 59,900 results
Even if you filter away those "from Adj. to Adj." followed by nouns, you can still get more than half of the results.
