A: I’ve got something important to do. (我有重要的事要做)
B: What’s that? (要做蝦咪?)
(一般)
A: I have a very important thing to deal/cope with. (我有件非常重要的事須要處理一下)
A:I have (got) one important thing need dealing/coping with. (同上)
B: What is it? (是什麼事呢?)
B: What’s so important?(什麼事那麼重要啊?)

b只回答what是因為呼應上一句,一般來說都只會回what就等於上一句所要問的,
A那句,其實還有很多不同的翻法,不過我口語上和人說話時會用那句
