    2. 如果當事人問個無意且表面上(或無關緊要的)的問題, 那護士可以用最少的訊息簡單回答(或說輕描淡寫的回答)

    3. 護士可以說" 你知道嗎, John, 我不知道我回答這些你的問題是否恰當, 我認為我應該來談談你" 來改變當事人的方向. 或者就簡單的指出這些問題屬於私人部份, 然後重點回到當事人.
