第一，拼法有問題
是 pyloroduodenal junction 而非 pyloduodenal junction
pyloroduodenal junction 是 幽門 (pylorus) 跟 十二指腸 (duodenum) 交接處
你看一下以下這張圖

在胃底端的幽門跟十二指腸做結紮

然後將胃穿孔植入人工胃瘺（gastric fistula）ＰＥ管 (也就是聚乙烯)
基本上是一種食道胃瘻管縫合術 Esophagogastric fistula closure.
