problem solving 問題

Q1: In a certain state , gasoline stations compute the price per gallon p , in dollars, charged at the pump by adding a 4 percent sales tax to the dealer’s price per gallon d, in dollars, and then adding a gasoline tax of $0.18 per gallon, which of the following gives the dealer’s price per gallon d in terms of the price per gallon p charged at the pump?

答案是:d=p-0.18/1.04

我這題的意思看不太懂耶?

我帶數字看的:

P=10 d=4 tax=4%

Dealer’s 需要 d per gallon

所以=4*0.04*10=0.18

D*0.04*P=0.18

D=0.18/0.04p

我不知道我那裡算錯。

請教我謝謝。

    在某一州,加油站計算在加油口(加油基台)每一加侖汽油售價為P(美金),是將盤商的價格每加侖d,再加上4%的營業稅,及加上每加侖$0.18的油稅,所以依據加油口的售價p,則盤商的價格d應為多少?

    所以p=d+4%d+0.18

    ---->p-0.18=1.04d

    ---->(p-0.18)/1.04=d

    也就是d=(p-0.18)/1.04

    這是我的看法,給您參考!

    不過您的答案是d=p-0.18/1.04,似乎跟我的不一樣耶!(因為先乘除,後加減)
