英文文章求助高手

文章有點長,文法應該也蠻糟的,希望能用20點換取各位高手的幫忙。

Collaboration, all the members work together, is the most important element for an organization to reach targets. Without collaboration, we can't make the best decision if we don't know how to choose the better one from others. Let's imagine, if someone in a group never accepts other persons' thoughts and always work without requesting when he suffers from problem. Can this group work effectively? Can this group reach the goals easily? I think it might be impossible.

Without collaboration, people who are unable to make decisions will not be able to make a good decision if they never listen to others’ suggestions. Let’s imagine, for a group project, if someone in the group prefers to work alone without communicating to the rest of the group, even when the person encounters problems, would this group work effectively? Can this group reach the goals easily? I think it might be quite difficult and truly impossible. So, what is your choice? Do you enjoy working with people or feels uncomfortable when working with others? Now, let me tell you a story about collaboration. I like sports, especially basketball, so I joined the faculty's team when I was university student. However, when I participate to practice with a good mood first time, I felt the atmosphere for our team was very disorganized and incoherent. No one wanted to pass the ball, and majority of my teammates were late to practice, even during game day. My teammates did not know how to work with others; they only cared about how many baskets they scored. I did not enjoy this atmosphere, to say the least. Therefore, when I became the team captain, I knew it would be difficult but something must be done about the lack of collaboration.
