To be proved by researches, when brown rice has absorbed sufficient water after soaked for six hours, it will start to germinate in the later 12 hours. From the 18th hour to 24th hour, germinated brown rice will be rich in the nutrition element GABA. After the golden period, the amount of GABA could start to be in decline. Germinated brown rice not only tastes better than ordinary brown rice but also keeps rich nutrition through the application of IQF equipment.
