    I think the formal usage of this kind of opening ceremony, we better to use " Grand Opening " on the banner. I got this from looking up in the Wikipedia web page as of

    開張(Grand opening),又稱開幕或開業,是公共關係的活動,其項目之組織方法可以參考記者會,其目的是向公眾宣佈某業務、設施正式啟用。當中的活動通常被稱為開幕典禮或開幕儀式。其實在開幕典禮之前,該項目可能已經測試運作(試業)。 不過,開幕儀式之後,即是表示該業務的運作是流暢的。



    A “Grand Opening” is a term used when a business, public office or private association wishes to announce their official opening of their new location. This differs from just opening the doors on the first day due to a Grand Opening being more of a celebration event, not just the first day having the doors open for clients. Often the opening announcements are in this order: Coming Soon, Now Open, and then Grand Opening.

    在美國看到的開幕標語是Grand Opening

    如掛grand opening時,不必在典禮之後馬上拆除。因為還有慶祝新開幕之意。
