Although I agree with no-smoking in public but I feel it is too much. The law seems taking care of the right of no-smoking people. However, the law should take care of the right of smoking people too. I don’t smoke but I don’t against to smoking people even in a room. That is what is called the freedom. If the smoke is too serious, I will leave the place or inform the smoker that his joys make me feel so uncomfortable. Maybe he will feel so embarrassed and put off the cigarette immediately or just smoke a little bit and put off then. He maybe leaves to another corner or somewhere few people are. That is all about respect, the most important for personality. If I say someone next to speak so loudly and influence my mind. Could I request government to forbidden talking in public? Government should not trouble us due to we pay so much taxes. It invades the human right for setting up another penalty in order to complete some policies. It is also unreasonable to rip-off money form smoking people. The interruption of authority should be for people goods. The policy should considerate setting up smoking area in public or somewhere smoking is allowed beforehand. Even just draw a line on the ground to separate the area to distinguish smoking or no-smoking area. Just leave the decision to smoker or non-smoker. That is the value of democratic country because everyone should gain respects. In addition, many stores are difficult to earn more money for the sake of the policy. The planed outdoor space also becomes the no-smoking area. The change pushes more and more smoking people to smoke on the stress in stead of smoking in corners or the place where they used to smoke. The ridiculous policies not only trouble people but also confuse those people who need smoke to alleviate their tension. With less preparation but asking people to obey for no reason, I totally disagree with the law of no-smoking in public.
