吳郭魚是台灣常見的魚種,2007時年產量已達九萬公噸以上,若可善加利用除了可降低農業固體廢棄物之外,亦可達資源再利用之目的。因此,本研究擬利用廢棄之魚鱗作為吸附劑以去除染整廢水中之色度。本實驗中以Reactive Red 198 (簡稱R-R 198) 為模擬對象,分別探討魚鱗吸附劑之粒徑大小及添加量、染料溶液pH值、染料濃度對魚鱗吸附R-R 198染料之影響,並解析魚鱗吸附染料過程之動力學。實驗結果顯示粉末狀(0.11 ± 0.02 mm) 比粒狀 (13.58 ± 0.001 mm) 有較佳之吸附效果,由SEM觀察推測比表面積大小為影響魚鱗吸附量的主要原因之一。而魚鱗之染料比吸附效果能力qe隨著pH值增加而下降,當pH值為3以及11時,其魚鱗之qe分別為3.76和3.411 mg dye/g.scale,而pH值為5時,魚鱗之qe可達到4.12。此外,魚鱗吸附劑量及染料濃度亦會影響染料去除效果,染料之去除率隨魚鱗吸附劑添加量增加而增加,且會隨染料濃度 (25 ~ 1000 mg/L)增加而降低;另外,實驗結果顯示魚鱗吸附染料是遵循擬二階動力模式 (R2 >0.98)且擬二階動力模式的平衡速率常數 k2 (0.212 ~ 0.008 g/mg/min) 隨著染料濃度 (25 ~ 1000 mg/L) 增加而降低;而初始吸附速率 h (0.49 ~ 18.88 mg/g/min) 隨著染料濃度 (25 ~ 1000 mg/L) 增加而增加。綜合以上研究結果可知,粉末狀魚鱗具高表面積、孔洞體積與孔徑,適合作為吸附劑使用,在染料去除上具有發展潛力。

Therefore, this study intends to use the fish waste as adsorbent to remove the color in dyeing wastewater. This experiment to Reactive Red 198 (referred to as RR 198) for the simulation of the object, respectively, explore the scale of the particle size and adsorbent dosage, dye solution pH, dye concentration on adsorption scale of RR 198 dye, and dye adsorption analytical scale process dynamics. Experimental results show that powder (0.11 ± 0.02 mm) than the granular (13.58 ± 0.001 mm) have a better effect of adsorption, estimated by SEM observation of the impact of specific surface area the size of fish one of the main reasons adsorption. The scale of the effect of dye adsorption capacity than qe increase as the pH value decreased, when the pH value of 3 and 11, the scale of qe were 3.76 and 3.411 mg dye / g. scale, while the pH value of 5, scale up to 4.12 of the qe. In addition, the scale and volume of dye adsorbent concentration effect will also affect the removal of dyes, dye removal efficiency with the scale of the adsorbent dosage increases, and with the dye concentration (25 ~ 1000 mg / L) reduced the increase; In addition, Experimental results show that dye adsorption follows the scale to be second-order dynamic model (R2> 0.98) and second-order dynamic model to balance the rate constant k2 (0.212 ~ 0.008 g / mg / min) with the dye concentration (25 ~ 1000 mg / L) increased lower; and the initial adsorption rate h (0.49 ~ 18.88 mg / g / min) with the dye concentration (25 ~ 1000 mg / L) increased.
