    我的小方法是:

    把要說的事...先寫在一張便條紙上(-in English)

    一邊說.....一邊看便條紙,

    慢慢說......慢慢說..說完...順便把便條紙拿給他看.

    because--有時候---"醫療專用名稱'一定要對他們說明清楚...

    這樣子就不會出錯.
