While in school, I held the job of promoter in HP for about two years. I like very much the business culture and working style in HP; and learn a whole lot from my experience there. As a promoter, I was always at the frontline to face the customers. I needed to observe customers' reactions; analyze the reasons behind their reactions; find out what they really wanted; predict what they really need; even to find out for them what are best for them. All these had enabled me to develop a keen sense of customers’ needs.
Since I was stationing at various major retailer outlets, I often had to deal with unexpected situations all by myself, which in turn trained me in the areas of problem solving skills, and the ability to respond effectively. The stationing sales strategy demands that I change sales location constantly. So I also learned to adjust to new environment quickly, and to deal with various retail sales managers. This had allowed me a good understanding to become the best communicator to coordinate among customer, retailers and the company.
It was through my work experience that I developed effective communication skill, keen observation, active responsiveness, problem solving ability, and coordinating skills; adding to my professional training in school. I am also trained to be vigilant with strong sense of purpose and desire to learn. I am confident that I will be able to meet all the job requirement of a secretary.

The communication power of expression, the keen power of observation can learn which in the work, should to ability, solve the question ability, the coordination follow the specialized ability which studies in the school, also some is trained the determination which and disciplines, with the very strong business center of figure and the study strength, lets me have the confidence to be possible to be competent secretary's work.
