so if you really want to translate "虛心受教"
You may translate it as
"to learn with a modest heart"
but most English speakers prob. will not easily understand you if you say that ( they will they you are being philosophical. ) .
" to learn with an open mind"
"to study with an open mind"

Sorry, typo here
"( they will they you are being philosophical. )"
"( they will think you are being philosophical. )

Joy_Chi is right too. "You have my full attention." is often used in discussion and also daily conversation. "I am all ears" is also used, but mostly it is an old expression and used between friends or familia.

But "I am all ears" or "You have my full attention" means
"I am paying attention to listen to what you are going to say. So tell me now what you want to share with me"

至於要用"the humility to listen and to learn"
或是僅用 "the humility to listen"
(humbly 謙遜虛心地 adverb.)

I am all ears....
其實如果你是要告訴對方我會很認真的聽你解釋回答,你可以用這說法,但這比較是輕鬆的說法用來說：you have my full attention
當然也可以用：I am open-minded for learning things 對學習各種事持開放的態度
更簡單的就是：I am willing to learn things from you, please do teach me...夠白話了吧?!
Hopefully, they help!
