    We can incorporate the five elements of management from Henri Fayol to define the involvement.

    1.Prevoyant - To forecast and plan. Examine the future and drawing up a plan of action. That is strategic planning. (Example: Head of Purchasing department can have a good strategic plan to help company save resources)

    2.Organize – To organize and build up the structure, both material and human, of the undertaking.

    3.Command – To maintain the activity among the personnel. (Example: Courses for upgrading or functions for your staffs.)

    4.Coordinate – Binding together, unifying and harmonizing all activity and effort.

    5.Control – See that everything occurs and runs in conformity with established rules.
