這是三層乳酪慕思蛋糕的"做法"

如下:

Tart:

1.先將奶油融化備用

2.將餅乾放入乾淨袋子中壓碎,呈碎塊狀

3.最後下入糖與融化的奶油,一同混合均勻 備用!!

Cake:

1.先將一半糖與蛋黃打發,呈現乳白色

2.再將蛋白打微發,分次下入另一半的糖,打至硬性

3.最後將1與2結合,在下入麵粉 拌勻即可.

4.取擠花袋與平口花嘴將麵糊擠至原型狀,即可入烤

5.溫度:180度 約15分

Mouse:

1.先將動物膠粉與水一同混合備用

2.以隔水加熱將奶油起士煮軟

3.下入糖以打蛋器一同攪拌(此時離火)

4.下入檸檬汁與動物膠水(以隔水方式讓做法 1 溶解成液態狀)

5.將植物鮮奶油打發是硬性 

6.再將做法4與5一同結合成幕斯即可.

組合:

1.取八吋幕斯框,將餅乾鋪底

2.在下入140g的藍莓餡

3填入起士幕斯抹平

4.最後放上蛋糕體

5.美味的幕斯蛋糕即可完成

    3-layers mousse cheese cake

    Tart:

    1.先將奶油融化備用

    Melted margarine or butter

    2.將餅乾放入乾淨袋子中壓碎,呈碎塊狀

    Crushed graham cracker in plastic bag (crumbs ).

    3.最後下入糖與融化的奶油,一同混合均勻 備用!!

    Combine sugar and melted margarine thoroughly

    Cake:

    2.再將蛋白打微發,分次下入另一半的糖,打至硬性

    組合:

    Combine

    1.取八吋幕斯框,將餅乾鋪底

    2.在下入140g的藍莓餡

    4.最後放上蛋糕體
