運動的好處

運動除可增強身體抵抗能力之外,還有許多其他好處,例如:

1. 促進新陳代謝,消耗熱能,防止脂肪積聚,有助控制體重。

2. 有助舒展身心,消除學業、工作及生活所帶來的壓力。

3. 紓緩緊張情緒,增強自信,建立良好人際關係,改善溝通和社交技巧。

4. 鍛練心肺功能和強壯肌肉,可減低兒童在成年後患上心臟病、高血壓、糖尿病等嚴重疾病的機會等 等。

5. 鍛鍊肌肉,減少出現骨質疏鬆的機會。

6. 增加關節的靈活程度,延緩老化現象。

運動的原則:

以運動的方法來達到促進健康的效果,為了確保安全獲致預期的效果,任何運動的實施都應遵循下列幾項重要原則:

一、準備原則: 運動計畫開始時,一定要處在生理和心理適當準備情況下。譬如:事前的身體檢查,尤其對年齡較大或很久不曾有適當身體活動者而言更需要。另外,則應該要有體適能評估以了解體適能狀況,可提供擬訂運動處方的根據。而心理上的準備將使個人的運動計畫更易實現。

二、特殊性原則:不同的運度具有不同的效果,運動者期望獲得什麼樣的運動效果,就一定要做能產生那種效果的運動,此即運動訓練的特殊性原則。

三、平衡原則:以健康促進為目的的運動,其內容一定要平均包括健康體適能諸要素,絕對不能偏廢其中任何項目,此即平衡原則。

四、超負荷原則:基本上,運動量的最低要求都要超出平常所習慣的負荷,才會有效果,這就是運動訓練的超負荷原則。

五、漸進原則:先從較低的強度開始,以後再隨著進步逐漸配合調整運動負荷。否則無法得到運動的效果,反而容易使肌肉酸痛,或是造成運動傷害。

六、規律原則: 長久持續保持好的體適能,唯一的方法就是經常規律地實施適量的運動。這就是運動訓練的規律原則。
