According to my understanding, Taiwan adopted the same way as Canada did

to raise donation and collected 10 billion NT dollars in total. Taiwan ranked

number 1 among all the donators of the world.

It seems that Taiwanese are enthusiastic and in the same shoes. They are

most able to understand what the earthquake sufferers feel and reveal their affection for their Chinese compatriots because they once experienced a devastating earthquake on September 21 of 1999 and still bear in mind the pains from the catastrophe.

It is; however, still questionable if the money has been all applied to the

disaster areas. Instead of endless but blind donations, we therefore should

provide instant aids aimed at the need of the people in the disaster zones.

Blind and unmanaged donations could only lead to a situation that some

materials have a surplus while some still a shortage, or simply become the

    pocket money of the government.

As far as I know, Taiwan and Canada at that time used the same approach to fundraising, which raised a total of 10 billion,

The people of Taiwan to donate contributions to the world's largest, however, it is apparent, the Taiwan people are very enthusiastic, but are able

Understand the feelings of the victims and to demonstrate their feelings of the Chinese nation, but in reality the money in the end

Does all used in the disaster area remains a problem. Therefore, we should target to make immediate disaster assistance,

Instead of Yi Mei continuous contributions, may lead to excess supplies, or giving away money to other countries the Government.
