例:There isn't much time left (文法有錯)

如果原句是 There isn't much time to be left.

則There isn't much time being left.

習慣用法being省略There isn't much time left.

不知道這說法如何?正確否?

being消去

則There isn't much time left.

2)關係代名詞that省去可以接受,但is也不要了,心裡還是覺得怪怪的,但接受。

    嗨 看來您過年滿用功的嘛

    原句很正確: There isn't much time left.

    left是當作形容詞用的分詞啦

    不過有一點不對: 最完整的句子應該是 There isn't much time that is left.

    形容詞子句that is left省略掉關係代名詞that以及不重要的is 留下重要的關鍵字left (好玩耶 left是子句裡唯一被left的字)

    原句不會是to be left這種狀態 因為[to+V]通常有些未來時間, 未確定的意味 (這是旋元佑老師教的)

    句中唯一可能的是不可數名詞time 但如此一來句子成了: There isn't much time that time is left. 說不通的

    be動詞很少有實質意義 一般都會在簡化的過程中被省略 慢慢您就會習慣這種用法

    例如: Because she was extremely busy yesterday, she didn't call me back.

    =Being extremely busy yesterday, she didn't call me back.

    =Extremely busy yesterday, she didn't call me back.
