感謝貴司撥冗拜訪我司,讓雙方能於品質要求的認知上達成了更進一步的共識,進而促進雙方未來於交易配合上能有更大的默契。

在品檢討會議當中,關於未來我司針對品質不良時的處理方式,我司於此再作詳細的議明。首先基於雙方友好的配合模式,針對不良材料原則上我司會儘量挑選使用,例若最終我司判定無法使用而需退貨時,我司每隔兩個月整理品質不良的資料,並依照下列程序執行退貨:

程序一、

將退貨明細表(包含材質、規格、捲數、重量、貴司製號、不良原因),傳真予貴司。

程序二、

貴司請於三日內將退貨明細表確認完成,並回覆處理方式,並將退貨明細表簽名回傳我司。處理方式請於下列兩個方式中擇一處理。

1.不材料我司安排退運出口送返貴司,貴司再重新生產補貨予我司,其整個退運過程中所產生的費用一律由貴司承擔。

2.不良材料直接於台灣當地報廢後扣款處理。

為了儘量減少雙方,因品質問題而造成的困擾,煩請貴司於製程上務必按照改善對策報告書作執行,並請貴司對於上述之品質不良退貨程序作確認,且簽名回傳我司,謝謝!

    Step 1.

    Details of the return (Criteria, Specification, Rolls, Weight, Your Mfg-PN, Defect-Code/Caused) will be Faxed to your esteemed company.

    Step 2.

    Please sign back in 3 (working) days with your decision for the disposal listed below.

    1. Shipback to your esteemed company for replacement. And charge to your esteemd company for the expense caused by replacement.

    2. Scrap locally (Taiwan), and deduct your AR/our AP.

    To eliminate the trouble cuased by quality issue, please do implement the correction action stated in the correction report and please confirm back your acceptance of the return procedure.
