做法

1.馬鈴薯去皮切塊,泡入水中去除澱粉質及澀味,撈起放入鍋內水煮至熟軟後取出,趁熱導碎,加入適量調味料拌勻

2.將洋蔥切成細末備用

3.鍋中放入少許沙拉油燒熱,加入洋蔥末炒軟,接著加入豬絞肉炒至變色,再用適量的鹽和胡椒粉調味

4.將做法1的馬鈴薯與做法3的材料及適量的低筋麵粉拌勻,用手整形成數個大小適中的圓餅,中間塞入半片起司,並依序沾上材料B,放入180度c的油鍋中炸至金黃酥碎狀便可撈起盛盤
