I can only type English here, I hope you can understand this just fine^^
Now I was in 11th grade when I came to US, so I know a little about your situation.
America has a medical school system consisted mainly of graduate schools (you go to medical school after graduated from college).
You are in high school now, so there are to ways you can attack this.
1). a lot of medical school have jointed B.S and MD or DO program. Which means you apply to this program after high school and after you graduated from this program you are automatically accepted in to medical school. Example: Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) and Rice University (RU) (8 year program) Guaranteed admission into medical school. The average SAT score for entering applicants 2100 and applicants establish a strong interest in pursuing medicine. MCAT not required. (December 2008).
IF you want to do this, you have to plan very early and take a lot of AP class to prove that you can do it.

2). You can go to any 4 year college and major in anything, then you apply. Please not, application for medical school takes one year in US. So you will have to apply after your Junior to not have a gap between graduation and entering medical school.

Now a word of advise, go to a good college but not the top college. Because GPA counts equally important as MCAT in medical school application. A 3.0 from say...MIT is not necessary better than a 3.8 from say....Oklahoma State University.

Same as to pick a major, medical school will not like you better just because you majored in hard biology, GPA is the most important part, so I would say pick an easy major (sport biology, art history...etc) and just take the pre-med classes on the side.

This is my personal opinion, please consider everything and make the best decision for yourself. I made a mistake of majoring in biochemistry.....

(why are kids nowadays so concerned about things so many years from now.....where's the childhood fun?!!)
I am posting this in English too....
As an UT Alum, I highly encourage you to attend. Austin is a great city, and UT is a wonderful school.
Contrary to the other suggestion about GPA is the most important, let me assure you, 醫學院很操, which means, and this is "true" based on many conversations with friends who are either in med school or have just recently graduated, regardless what major you pick, work your butt off!!!
In college, really, pick whatever it is you like. It has really little to no bearing on your medical school admission. The key is to work hard and really learn everything you can while also impress the professors enough to write some awesome recommendation letters for you. MCAT is a big big factor, so of course do well in that.
Texas also has many wonderful medical schools, but you are not there yet. Just enjoy life as a high school student, work hard in college, and be prepared!!!
p.s. if your grades are good, universities will more often than not offer you scholarships to begin with, but FAFSA is your best bet as a U.S. Citizen to get money for school.
p.p.s. straight-up medical programs like baylor/a&m/northwestern...etc are, how do I put it....nearly impossible to get into?! Unless you are top 10 ranked, I suggest you prepare to enjoy college life =)
