1. how many grams of glucose must be weighed out to prepare 500ml of a 0.15M
2. how many grams of glucose are there in 150ml of 0.25M glucose solution?
3. how many mole of glucose are in 5ml of 0.25M glucose solution?
4. what is the final concentration(uM) when 180mg of glucose are dissolved in a

With molar mass of glucose = 180 g/mol
a) No. of moles of glucose = 0.15 x 0.5 = 0.075, with weight = 0.075 x 180 = 13.5 g
b) No. of moles of glucose = 0.25 x 0.15 = 0.0375, with weight = 0.0375 x 180 = 6.75 g
c) No. of moles of glucose = 0.25 x 0.005 = 0.00125
d) No. of moles of glucose = 0.18/180 = 0.001, with concentration = 0.001/0.05 = 0.02 M = 20000 uM參考資料： Myself
