網際網路的興起帶動了服務的E化,各式網站紛紛開設,企業藉由網站提供符合顧客需求的商品資訊或服務,提昇顧客的生活品質與便利性。

本文試圖從消費者與資訊科技的觀點,即科技接受模式(TAM)(Davis,1989)為主要探討資訊品質與服務品質對網路購物及消費者對線上網路購物之態度的感受,找出消費者會持續光顧該購物網站的因素。

本研究主要研究對象以常上網購物之消費者為主,採用現場實體問卷及網路問卷進行發放,總共發放280份,回收240份,回收率87%。採取便利抽樣方式來蒐集樣本,再以線性結構模式來驗證,同時使用SPSS 12.0 與AMOS 7.0統計軟體進行資料分析,旨在探討網站資訊系統品質與知覺有用性和知覺易用性對於消費者購買態度及最終購買意願之影響。

結果顯示整體模式配適標準及模式內在結構配適度均達檢定水準,表示本研究的理論模型可獲得支持。

網路購路風險多樣化,喜愛線上購物消費者風險的存在不盡相同,因此建議後續研究可針對購物的知覺風險加以深入探討分析,供喜愛線上購物消費所存在的風險願意選擇此網站再度光顧。
