題目:

Many people have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep for an adequate amount of time. The problem is known as insomnia.

What suggestions would you give to people who cannot seem to get a good night’s sleep?

作文:

Sleep is the most important to everyone as we know. It is our one part of life every day. Nowadays, there are many people cannot get a good night’s sleep, especially in modern cities. First of all, we know that more and more people get pressure from life, including working pressure, ambient pressure, and academic pressure. Consequently, they may affect our sleep good or not. It is not difficult to figure out if we use the right methods. There are three kinds of ways: diets, facilities, and therapies.

Firstly, some food may affect our sleep, like coffee, tea, and hot food. We are supposed to eat less that kind food which will influence our sleep not good. On the contrary, we can drink lukewarm milk or water which can help our sleep well before you sleep. Secondly, everyone has own suitable for body to sleep well. Room facilities are indispensable, like suitable pillow, warm bed quilt, and comfortable bed in the room. They can make you have good sleep. Finally, therapy is a good method that we can choose what we like, such as relaxation therapy, music therapy, and sleep therapy. First of all, we can put some essential oil or listen to soft music when we sleep, they can make we have a good mood, stay loose, and feel relax, both physically and mentally. Keep in mind that do not think about anything and do not put your cell phone next your bed when you sleep.

In conclusion, adequate and good night’ sleep can make everyone have a new and cheer day. I hope that can help people have a nice sleep.
