本論文指在發展一自動入塢系統應用於移動機器人上,其中導引方式以影像為主。影像部份,影像擷取裝置為市售的網路攝影機,透過 USB傳輸介面連結至電腦端,使用Visual C++ 2005 搭配影像處理函式庫OpenCV,以減少系統開發時間,影像在本系統中應用在辨認充電站位置、充電站上之標記物,以及導引移動機器人準確進入充電站;移動機器人部份,則是以微控制器為核心,其主要工作為移動機器人之運動控制

經多次實驗後,本論文已成功規劃出搭載影像裝置之移動機器人,能夠自行準確進入充電站或是某一定點,即可於該定點或充電站,進行保養維修與充電之功能。
