It is unpleasantness that has no words from you, esteemed company
regarding the issue I had asked twice by mail on (2個日期請自己加上去)
about the WRONG PRODUCT YOU SENT TO ME.
I was happy to make order of your clothes since it is one of my favor brand,
but I feel bad not only I did not get correct one nor be also be ingonred.
Clothes has been returned on (日期) but no response about the refund.
And has been few month(時間長度請自己加).
Here I request your action within 2days for your mistake service, otherwise
I should claim that to Paypal.

Writing two letters I had, it asks about the charges to be refunded.
I have no idea why it still isn't your response about that .
Responding within two dys I don't receive that concerns it
. returnig back .
I'll make a plea for it to Paypal requestd.

I have send two e-mails to ask you about refunding my money,
but I still don't receive your reply.
if you don't respond within 2 days ,I will make a claim to paypal.

I have sent you two mails regarding the fund return,
but so far I han't receive any mail from you.
I will file a complain to Paypal if I don't receive your reply or money back within these two days
