these three days指的是最近的這三天, 今天, 昨天, 前天
He has been ill in bed three days.
這句文法上有誤, 應該是:
He has been ill in bed for three days.
二句都是現在完成式, 就句型上沒有差別.
第一句有指明是哪三天,
第二句雖然沒有特別說明是哪三天, 但它是說到現在為止已經病了三天了, 所以實際上的意思與第一句沒什麼差別.

these three day就是最近這3天的意思
2.He has been ill in bed for three days.(他病了3天。)
跟前句意思差不多，只是第2句要加for
