有一個英文食譜我不懂

我想做蛋糕給我媽媽當生日禮物,所以上網查,結果沒想到好不容易找到一個不錯的食譜,後來才發現這個食譜是英文的,雖然我有翻譯過,但翻譯的總是很不順,所以想請大家來幫我翻譯一下。

(請不要用Google or Yahoo 等等,因為我都用過,沒有效)

Ingredients

• 2 cups white sugar

• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup milk

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• 1 cup boiling water

• 3/4 cup butter

• 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder

• 5 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar

• 2/3 cup milk

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans.

2. Use the first set of ingredients to make the cake. In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 3 minutes with an electric mixer. Stir in the boiling water by hand. Pour evenly into the two prepared pans.

3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to cool completely.

4. To make the frosting, use the second set of ingredients. Cream butter until light and fluffy. Stir in the cocoa and confectioners' sugar alternately with the milk and vanilla. Beat to a spreading consistency.

5. Split the layers of cooled cake horizontally, cover the top of each layer with frosting, then stack them onto a serving plate. Frost the outside of the cake.

    中筋麵粉…一又四分之三杯

    不甜的(無糖的)可可粉…四分之三杯

    蘇打粉(烘焙用)…一又二分之一茶匙

    泡打粉…一又二分之一茶匙

    鹽…一茶匙

    蛋…兩顆

    牛奶…一杯

    蔬菜沙拉油…二分之一杯

    香草精…兩茶匙

    白開水…一杯

    奶油…四分之三杯

    不甜的(無糖的)可可粉…一又二分之ㄧ杯

    糖粉(不是砂糖)…五又三分之一杯

    牛奶…三分之二杯

    香草精…一茶匙

    作法:

    1)預烤烤箱350℉(175℃),將兩個九吋蛋糕模子抹油灑麵粉。

    2)用第一段的材料清單來作,在一個中型的碗裏混合糖、麵粉、可可粉、蘇打粉、泡打粉和鹽。加入蛋、牛奶、油、香草精,用電動打蛋器打三分鐘。用手將開水拌入。均勻地把麵糊倒進蛋糕模子裏。

    3)放進已預熱的烤箱烤三十到三十五分鐘,烤到拿竹籤刺後取出不沾就表示熟了。在取出烤模前先冷卻十分鐘,要確實冷卻。

    4)裝飾蛋糕,用第二段的材料清單來作。打發奶油,加入可可粉和糖粉,交替加入牛奶跟香草精,打(攪拌)到整個變成濃度較高的半液體。

    5)把蛋糕水平切成一層一層的,在蛋糕片上抹霜餡再疊起來然後放到盤子上,再蛋糕外圍抹上霜餡。
