當我考試考不好、不順利、或是覺得不開心的時候,我的潛意識告訴我要快樂一點,所以我通常會聽音樂、玩電腦、和朋友聊天來減輕自己的壓力。我認為人生難免有不順利的時候,但是只要有適當的方法讓自己放輕鬆,自己變會快樂許多。

然而,我最近想到了一個新方法讓自己快樂一點,那就是「微笑」,因為微笑可以使氣氛變好,大家也會一起快樂起來

總之,一定要把煩惱、不愉快拋開,絕對不要有自殺的行為,因為那會造成最不好的結果。

    When I test well on the exam, not smooth, or unhappy, my subconscious telling me to be happy that I usually listen to music, play computer, chat with friends to relieve their stress. I think that is inevitable in life, when not well, but as long as the appropriate way to relax yourself, your changes will be much happier.

    However, I recently thought of a new approach to their own happy little, that is, "Smile" smile can make the atmosphere changed for the better, we will be happy together

    I used to tell myself that to be happy whenevr I didn't do well on my tests, life is getting tough, or when I am not happy. However, the best way for me to express my pressure is that lisent musics, use computer, or talk to my friends. Becuase everything is not always going smooth, but if you can find the best way to make you relax, and calm then you will feel better and happier.

    Recently, I found a best way to make myself happier is that to smile, because smile will always make cordial atmosphere, and make other people feel happy and comfortable with you.

    Anyhow, we must throw away the worries, and the sadness, never have any notions of killing yourself. Because it will makes you to get the worst result.
