1.What is 光? According to quantum mechanics, 光 Light is a form of energy, travelling in waves. It can also be looked at as a particle, called photons, so that it can travel through absolute vacuum.
2.為何發光? Because light is energy, energy always travels and that is where we humans can detect the light.
如果不發光 如何看到? If the photons do not travel, then we could not see them. Since they always travel, we can detect them either directly [let them come into our eyes] or through instruments.
3.What is 光線? It is just light. 光線 is just a colloquial expression of 光.

(2) 有無單位?(A)有 How many? Light may have more than one attributes. One is wavelength. A is one of the way to express the wavelength of the light [there are other ways]. Other attributes are frequency, in gigahertz, and intensity, in lumens, etc.
