英式VS美式 英語(文化差異)

請問下面5個問題,根據英國人跟美國人的文化差異,他們各會選哪個答案?

1. In business, we (almost never/sometimes/usually) use first names.

2. I (don't like/don't mind/prefer) it when new acquaintances use my first name.

3. My boss/head teacher calls me by (my first name/my surname only/my surname with Mr, Ms, Mrs or Miss).

4. Shop assistants (always/sometimes) use Sir and Madam.

5. I use Sir and Madam to (everyone that I don't know/people in superior positions/customers/older people).

    1. In business, we (almost never/sometimes/usually) use first names.

    2. I (prefer) it when new acquaintances use my first name.

    3. My boss/head teacher calls me by (my first name)

    4. Shop assistants (always) use Sir and Madam.

    5. I use Sir and Madam to (ABCD皆可).

    5. I use Sir and Madam to (everyone that I don't know/people in superior positions/customers/older people).

    All 4 answers are acceptable if I am well educated.
