這兩個句子文法有誤：

一個英文句子只能有一個主詞跟一個動詞，如欲再行追加動詞，必須以連接詞連接，且須因應主詞作出適當的動詞變化。

第一個句子

I "NEED" and aslo "WANT", but the feeling it seem's that "extravagant demands"

其中...the feeling it seem's..

the feeling是一個主詞，it又是一個主詞。這兩個主詞既無連接詞連接，又只有一個動詞seem's，且seem's又誤植為所有格，文法錯誤。

再如...that "extravagant demands"

其中that為連接詞，引導名詞子句並連接主要子句跟名詞子句。但提問所舉...that "extravagant demands"卻沒有動詞，也未下句點"."，變成空有子句的連接詞卻沒有子句的狀況。

第二個句子

I "NEED" and aslo "WANT", but the feeling just "extravagant demands"

but是連接詞，連接兩個句子，但...but the feeling just "extravagant demands"卻沒有動詞。同樣是空有句子的連接詞而其後卻沒有句子的狀況。

建議翻成：

I need and want as well, which feeling seems to be a demanding desire.

說明：

as well = 也...；且...

which feeling = 這種感覺

which 作 Adj. + conj.

demanding desire = 奢望、奢求

用字選 "demanding desire"，有押頭韻的效果，讀起來更有韻律。

and also 亦表「並且...；也...」

「我需要也想要...」翻作"I need and also want..."也是可以的。

您要的句子也可翻成"I need and also want, but the feeling seems to be a demanding desire."
