provide to our customers, and we apologize for this inconvenience. The remainder of your order is still processing due to a delay in the

delivery of the merchandise from the manufacturer. We do not have the

expected date the item will ship available. We will send you another

e-mail confirmation when the merchandise is received and is being

prepared for shipment. You will receive a second e-mail when it ships

including a tracking number for the package. You will not be charged

for additional shipping cost. Also, your credit card account will only

be charged when the order is shipped from our warehouse. We hope this information is helpful and we appreciate your patience with

this matter. Thank you again for contacting our Customer Service team. Please let us

know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    你的訂單正在進行中但因為製造商出貨的延遲,所以我們也無法跟你說確切的的運送時間,一但收到商品時我們會寄給你另一封email確認商品收到並準備運送,你會再收到第二封email當商品寄出時,上面會有包裹的追蹤號碼,不會再收你額外的費用,你的信用卡會在商品確認進到我們倉庫後才會被消費,希望訊息對你有幫助並謝謝你的耐心.謝謝你聯絡客服部,如有任何需要請再讓我們知道
