There are total of three factor Eigenvalue greater than 1. Component 1 included the variables "price", "traffic conditions", "vital functions"; and "public security". Since the wieght of the first three factor is higher, yet the price factor has various considerations , so we combined "Traffic" and "vital functions" into "vital functions and the environment."Respondents attach the following importance to the housing considerations, "The condition Of House ", "neighborhood", "vital functions and the environment".By using independent sample T tests to examine the young buyers as to whether they currently own real estate, and how much importance they attach to it, we have found that “the condition of house” makes a significant difference (α < 0.05) to those who currently own real-estate. They pay more attention to the condition of the house than those who currently do not own one. This probability indicate that those who do not own real-estate are not familiar with the importance of the condition of the house.
