寫信給國外的購物網站.煩請中翻英~

您好~

我在10/12/2010收到了你們寄給我的For Lost or Damaged Parcels表格.隔天我填寫好後附上PDF檔案回傳給你們.之後即收到回信說明會在7-10天內完成退款的手續.但截至目前為止.我一直沒有收到任何退款的訊息.11月我又詢問了一次.也是一樣沒有沒有任何結果.現在已經是12月了.請跟我確認我的賠償申請程序目前的進度.退款的方式是信用卡退款還是支票退款?非常感謝!

    To whom it may concern,

    I recieved the form for Lost or Damaged Parcels from you on Oct. 12, 2010. The next day, I filled out the form and sent it back to you with a PDF file. Then I recieved a mail saying the refund will be processed in 7-10 days. But I have not recieved any more information about the refund.

    I asked about the refund sometimes in Nov. again, but I did not get any answer either at that time. It is now Dec. Please contact me about the progress of my refund. How will I get my refund back? Will it be credited back to my card or paid by check? Thanks very much for your help.

    The translation was pretty good .. The only improvement needed is ---

    I asked about the refund sometimes in Nov. again,

    I asked about the refund some time in November again,

    It is not appropriate to use abbreviation in this circumstance.
