you are a trading partner in Taiwan as you mentioned but i'm confused
1. it's like a response from your Japanese headqauter to the end user directly or looks like an inquiry from your agent or retailer instead of you?! you are the only trading partner in Taiwan or there are a lot?

2. if you are the partner why the foreign agent(or subsidiary) can deal with the case in Taiwan? did the end user ask for it? who is the receiver rergarding this response? the reply is strange if it is for you.
