蕃茄中翻英 急 !!

番茄的品種分很多種類,依據番茄的形狀和大小區分,它也有許多種的用途。 本台灣常吃的番茄品種:1.蕃茄又稱為西紅柿,培育較高的營養含量,通常為橢圓形,它屬於”生草”本植物,”生”有一種嗅氣,北部人叫臭氣味,南部人稱香腥味,因此稱為臭柿。1621年由葡萄牙傳入中國。因由西方人帶來,又稱西紅柿,因為此水果由商人進貨至中國,因此得名。而它的缺點不能與黃瓜一起共吃,因為黃瓜中含有一種維生素C分解酶,會破壞其他蔬菜中含量豐富的維生素C,如果一起食用,達不到補充營養的效果。2.另一種叫”樹番茄”,產地在印尼,種植於海拔一千公尺以上之高山地區,果實成橢圓形,果皮黃色或紅色,皮薄,平滑具有韌性,番茄果實稍硬,果肉澄黃色,種子也多,風味甜中帶酸。食用方法和番茄相似,可以作成果汁或沙拉,樹番茄含有豐富的維他命A和維他命C。2.另一種叫”樹番茄”,產地在印尼,種植於海拔一千公尺以上之高山地區,果實成橢圓形,果皮黃色或紅色,皮薄,平滑具有韌性,番茄果實稍硬,果肉澄黃色,種子也多,風味甜中帶酸。食用方法和番茄相似,可以作成果汁或沙拉,樹番茄含有豐富的維他命A和維他命C。許多人一想到番茄,就直覺認為它是水果,但是卻發現它常被當作蔬菜來煮菜,到底是蔬菜?還是水果呢?

其實我們從各種食物中可以常吃到番茄及其他加工製品,例如生菜沙拉、披薩、義大利肉醬麵、番茄醬等,因此它要比水果材料和運用的機會來得多。在常用來計算熱量的飲食代換表裡,番茄和一般蔬菜如白蘿蔔、菠菜、甘藍菜等排在一起,所以番茄是蔬菜。

如果從熱量的觀點來看,以同樣 一百克 可食量的番茄與其他食物相較時,由於番茄所含的醣類較低,熱量約為二十五大卡,而大部分的蔬菜也都在二十五大卡左右,而屬水果但熱量較低的文旦、草莓,熱量也要三十三和三十九大卡以上,因此就熱量的觀點來看,番茄也應屬於蔬菜才對! 蕃茄屬寒性,所以冷底的人較不適合生吃蕃茄,若將蕃茄加熱或者熟後再食用,可減低因為吃蕃茄而感到身體發冷等不適的現象。 蕃茄不被拿來作拜拜的水果,原因是蕃茄在開花的時候後會發出腥臭味,所以延俗至今,仍不被當作祭祀端上供桌。
