本研究主要以「虛擬社群之會員經營」結合「Mega Event Marketing之行銷策略」兩個面向作為切入點,探討Facebook粉絲專頁的經營者是透過何種行銷策略以開發、經營粉絲專頁,並試圖找出後續在網友間傳遞之「口碑傳播效果」。研究以網路問卷及深度訪談進行研究資料的搜集,網路問卷共蒐集215份有效問卷,而深度訪談則針對臺北國際花卉博覽會營運總部宣傳行銷中心的宣傳行銷組李組長及花博官方Facebook粉絲專頁經營者郭專員進行訪談。研究結果發現:(一)「人口變項及網路特質對於社群經營及事件行銷僅部分有顯著影響」。(二)臺北國際花卉博覽會官方Facebook粉絲專具有相當顯著的口碑傳播效力。

The study is based on " operation of virtual community " with " Strategy of Mega Event Marketing" as an entry point , attempts to discuss Facebook’s Fan Page of the operators how to develop and operat Fan Page through which marketing strategy , and follow-up to the users trying to find transfer between the " effect of word-of-mouth" . This study has used an online questionnaire and intensive interviews , the total valid sample data of online questionnaire was 215 , the intensive interviews is targeted at Operational Headquarters,2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition , Center of Marketing and Promotion , Division Chief Lee , and the Expo official Facebook’s Fan Page operators Commissioner Guo. The analyses result show that (1) demographic and network characteristics for community management and event marketing have a significant effect only in part. (2) 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition official Facebook’s Fan Page has a significant effect of word-of-mouth.

(2) The Fan Page of the FaceBook of 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition official site has a significant effect of word-of-mouth among the web-user fans.
