this 跟one 都可以當作代名詞來代替上下文中已出現的名詞

one通常代替的是「沒有指定的」名詞。作用像

是 a(an) 名詞

ex: There are so many toys in the shop. I want to buy one.

one = a toy 沒有指定那個玩具

而this就是相反通常是代表特別指定的名詞
