其實三者的意思差不多啦！！
that's right 意思是：「沒錯」，通常前者會先講一些話，後者覺得前者所述和自己所想的事情是相通的即會接that's right
that's it 意思是說：「這正是我說的這件事」，所以通常前面會先序述幾句話，後面如果說中了這個意思，才會有人說that's it
that's the point 的意思偏重於：「這正是我要講的這件事或這正是我要強調的重點所在」
例如：
A：Mary is always late for work recently.
Mary最近上班一直遲到也
B：Maybe there is something troubling her.
也許她有啥麼事情吧！
C：That's right！ maybe we should ask her possitively if she needs any help.
沒錯！(同意B所講的，也許Mary有啥事情發生而不敢講，才導致她最近常遲到的原因) 也許我們應該主動問她是否需要我們的協助才好。
例如：
A：Mary is always late for work recently.
Mary最近上班一直遲到也
B：Maybe there is something troubling her.
也許她有啥麼事情吧！
C：That's it！ maybe we should ask her possitively if she needs any help.
對啊！(語氣更肯定B所講的話，也許最近Mary常遲到就是因為發生啥事情吧！) 也許我們應該主動問她是否需要我們的協助才好。
例如：
A：Mary is always late for work recently.
Mary最近上班一直遲到也

也許她有啥麼事情吧！

你講到重點了！(語氣超肯定B所講的話，Mary一定是發生了啥事而最近才會常遲到，不然她不可能會遲到的！) 也許我們應該主動問她是否需要我們的協助才好。

ex.
Mary: Hey, Lily, How do you feel about John?
Lily: Umm, he's handsome. But I have heard that he is a womanizer.
Mary: That' right.
2. 就這樣(像我們平常講話講話講到要收尾了就會說 就降囉)
ex.
Teacher: For the field trip tomorrow, You guys should bring what?
Students: Water, backpack, some food and the ticket.
Teacher: That's it. Let's finish the class. See you tomorrow at seven!
3. 問題就在這; 這就是重點了
ex.
Wife: Shall we buy a motorcycle for our son?
Husband: Yes. He is old enough to ride a motorbike.
