句子中的 "towers" 是眾數, 大概是"聚沙成塔"的意思吧, 呵呵! ( tower 也可解作堡壘.)

Yup, you're right to say so. "tower" is an Intransitive verb (vi), it should be following up with an preposition........

"Towers the love of my life" doesn't make much sense.
It might be wrong spelling made by the jewelery shop.
Try "Towards the love of my life".

but to explain op's sentence, i guess we have to treat it as a transitive verb (vt)

Tower 有"塔"或"高樓"的意思
試著把其名詞的詞性傳換成動詞看看
應該會有種往上衝的感覺吧!
