句中"和平的世界"是想表示沒有戰爭(內戰)'大多數國民都能溫飽,etc.

並且因為在全球仍有"更殘酷的世界"比照之下，

那麼"沒有戰爭(內戰)'大多數國民都能溫飽"的世界感覺上就偏向和平。

故才會以此表示^^

但其實我也不認為世上真有和平的地方，因為只要"有人跡"就無法真正和平><
